Adult Ballet is a wonderful way to exercise and calm the mind. Our classes are perfect for anyone looking to learn the wide range of ballet movements that help improve posture, fitness, and flexibility.
These classes are designed for adults with some previous ballet experience, but we welcome dancers of all shapes, sizes, and ages—so don’t let that hold you back!
Many of our adult students join to support their overall health and wellbeing, using ballet as a way to de-stress and unwind. Plus, our classes are a great place to make new friends and share plenty of laughs along the way.
DDMIX is a full-body aerobic workout inspired by a wide variety of dance styles, featuring easy-to-follow steps that everyone can enjoy.
Choreographed by Darcey Bussell and Nathan Clarke, each dance style lasts around 2.5 minutes, offering a fresh and energetic workout that’s designed to get you moving—without the intimidation of traditional “dance” or complicated steps. The goal? To give you a fun, full-body workout that feels more like a dance party than exercise. With so many dance styles from around the world included, boredom is never an option!

Our Experienced Adult Tap Dance classes are designed for dancers who already have a foundation in tap and want to refine their technique, expand their repertoire, and challenge themselves with more complex rhythms and choreography.
